选择在旅馆的饭店里用晚餐。点了他们的特色红酒卡门内尔,产地是当地酒庄 Viña Santa Cruz。这酒入口涩度不高,单宁细腻顺滑,没有明显的收敛感,我很喜欢。整体比较清爽,入口轻盈,收尾干净,带着淡淡的水果香气和橡木气息。他们的炖牛肋骨非常入味,盛牛肋骨的面包碗更是浸透了满满的汁水,让人欲罢不能。
